May: My solo show of paintings at Cyrano’s Theater

May 4, 2019 by Carol Lambert

Opening Friday, May 10, 5 – 7 PM, fourteen of my still life oil paintings, created from 2004 to 2019, will be on view at Cyrano’s Theater Patron Lounge. The show, curated by K N Goodrich, will continue through June 2, 2019.

You may know that I worked almost exclusively in oils for about 20 years, and recently transitioned to printmaking. I expect to be involved in printmaking for some time to come, which means that these may be my last oil paintings.

This solo exhibition will run concurrently with the play Tea For Three. Would you like to see both the paintings and the performance? Details on the play are available here.

The viewing hours for my solo show at Cyrano’s Theater are as follows: Thursdays and Fridays, 1 – 5 PM, plus one hour before each play performance, through June 2.  ( 6 – 7 PM  Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 2 – 3 PM on Sunday).

Cyrano’s Theater is located at 3800 DeBarr Road, Anchorage, phone: 907 274 2599. The Patron Lounge is located just to your left after you enter the building from the parking area in back.

I hope you will enjoy both the paintings and the play!
